Terms and conditions

These terms govern the use of this site and the orders placed through it. The site is an online catalogue — sales are concluded in the store or by courier, by individual arrangement over email or Facebook.

What this site is

The site is a catalogue of the second-hand vinyl records in stock. The price of each record is marked on its cover, and the catalogue does not constitute a binding offer. There is no cart or online payment — an informal sales contract is concluded when you buy in person in the store or by individual arrangement with the seller for a specific item.

Orders, payment and delivery

Inquiries and orders are made through the contact form, by email or on Facebook. Sales take place in person in the physical store or by courier with cash on delivery. For courier shipments, the dispatch time is agreed separately at the time of the order.

Right of return for courier deliveries

If the purchased record does not match the condition stated at the time of the order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act). All records are shipped by courier with the "inspect before accepting" option, which lets you refuse the parcel before accepting it. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Complaints

The records are second-hand and their condition is described and visible in the catalogue photos. As a consumer you are entitled to make a claim if the goods do not conform to what was agreed. To make a claim, write to me by email or visit the store.

Disputes and applicable law

In case of a dispute we cannot resolve between ourselves, you may turn to the General Conciliation Commission at the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or to the competent Bulgarian court. Bulgarian law applies.

Personal data and changes

Information on how we handle your personal data can be found in the site's Privacy policy. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always published on the site.
