What data we collect
When you submit the contact form: your email address, your message, and optionally your name and the record you are asking about. The form sets no cookies and the site collects no other personal data.
Why and on what legal basis
We use the data solely to reply to your inquiry or order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Who has access to the data
The message is delivered via Resend (an email delivery service) to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. These providers act as data processors and may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.
How long we keep the data
We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to handle the inquiry or order, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object, and to data portability, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, www.cpdp.bg). For any questions, write to catchafiresecondhand@gmail.com.
